The Truth
and Life conference
finished today and now it's on to the school semester. I have
18.5 units of classes so far and I'm hoping this
semester will be slightly less busy than last semester.
I'm going
to get the other pages of the site up soon and I'm working on
the photography section right now. Hopefully I can have that
up by tomorrow.
I spent
a little bit of time today taking pictures. It was nice to get
out doors even though the birds were fairly elusive. I saw a
lizard and quite a few squirrels of course, but no bears or anything.
Monday,
January 23
Today
was the first day of classes at College. I've got two classes
on monday - Diction for Singers in the morning and then Collegiate
Singers at night. Having only two classes on monday is almost
unheard of around here. Last semester I had classes from 8:00am
- 9:00pm at night with 2 1/2 hours of free time somewhere in
there (which were spent eating and practicing normally. This
semester appears to be a welcome relief.
Tomorrow
should be good. I have Computers in Music, then Music History
and Literature after lunch and chorale. After that it's time
to study, although I might take a bike ride first. : ) I'm taking
Critical Thinking through Directed Studies, which is where you
do all the work on your own and demonstrate that you are somewhat
of a mature adult by self motivating yourself to finish the course
work so you can pass the test at the end.
I've been
working on the White Fields website so I'll be sure and let you
know when it's up so you can go check it out.
You might
check some of the buttons above on the menu bar as I think they
are finally working. It'll be interesting to see if anything
else shows up on the site sometime around here.
